AQUUS HOME Arrow HIGH COATING WEIGHT IRON PHOSPHATE TREATMENTS

High coating weight iron phosphate treatments.

For use in construction, transport, military applications and domestic appliances, offering exceptional resistance to corrosion in the most difficult and challenging environments.

Iron phosphates are conversion coatings, essentially consisting of inorganic phosphates of iron, aluminium or zinc, depending upon the substrate being processed. They are used to prepare metals for subsequent painting or powder coating, promoting the adhesion and corrosion resistant properties of the fully finished articles. Application may be by spray or immersion.

All iron phosphates conform to BS EN ISO 9717 2013 as well as Def Stan 03-11/5 Class IV.
